Goal-Based Personal Training

Every program is built around your individual goals β€” strength, mobility, weight loss, performance, or aesthetics β€” following a goals conversation and baseline assessment. Supervised, coaching-led, and tailored to your body, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Mon–Fri 6am–7pm Β· Sat 8am & 10am

Personal-training attention in a small, semi-private format. Available Monday–Friday 6am–7pm, plus Saturday at 8am and 10am.

Small Group Fitness Classes

45 minutes Β· max 12 per class

Full-body workouts capped at 12 members per class, led by a coach, with modifications for every fitness level in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. 45-minute sessions.

6-Week Nutrition Coaching Kickoff

An included feature with every membership level β€” simple, sustainable nutrition coaching to start your training on the right foot.

Integrated Physiotherapy & RMT

Pierce Fitness operates inside Pierce Wellness & Fitness Centre, so physiotherapy and registered massage therapy work side by side with supervised fitness β€” taking members from injury recovery and rehab through to strength and performance, under one roof.

Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating. It shouldn't β€” and at Pierce Fitness, it won't.

A genuine welcome β€” no pressure, no judgment, no being thrown onto a busy floor to fend for yourself. We'll greet you, show you around, and make sure you're comfortable.

A conversation about you β€” your goals, your history, any past injuries or limitations, and what you actually want out of your training.

A Visbody 3D scan to set your baseline β€” a clear, accurate picture of where you're starting, used to build your program and measure progress.

A movement and fitness assessment β€” not a test you can fail, just how we make sure your program fits your body.

A clear plan built around your goals β€” no guesswork, no one-size-fits-all.

Next steps β€” we get you set up, booked, and run you through your first session. If you decide it's not for you, there's no risk.
